An Open-Source Modular Benchmark for Diffusion-Based Motion Planning in Closed-Loop Autonomous Driving

研究は自動運転向けの生成モデルです。具体的には、VLA 運転方策をどう安全にするか、そして拡散軌跡プランナをどう実車に乗るほど速くするか、という二つの問いに取り組んでいます。博士論文：Safe and Efficient Generative Models for Autonomous Driving: From Preference-Aligned VLA to Real-Time Diffusion Planning。研究は次の二本立てです：
- VLA 運転方策の選好アラインメント。 PrefDrive（IV 2025）は私が初めて DPO を運転方策に適用した研究で、Multi-PrefDrive（IROS 2025）でそれを Plackett–Luce 順位付けに拡張しました。JSAI 2026 ではその日本語ショート版を発表しています。
- リアルタイム拡散計画。 Modular Diffusion Benchmark（ITSC 2026、ナポリ）はモノリシックな ONNX 拡散プランナを差し替え可能なモジュールに分解する研究で、ICML 2026 RLxF Workshop の論文はビット精確な安全報酬に no-go 結果を示し、これを回避する ODD 適応 shared/expert LoRA を提案しています。
